Your Diwali menu
should not look like
your Tuesday menu.
One QR sticker on the table, printed once and laminated. Behind it, a menu you can redress for every festival, reprice from your phone, and switch off the second the kitchen runs out.

A sample run, not a real festival date. You set the range, tick the branches, and it takes itself down when it ends.
Also this month
Fifteen ways to print the same menu.
Each one is a real template with its own layout, ornaments and typographic manners, not a colour swap on a single grid. Point it at your logo and it re-dresses itself in your colours and your fonts.
Then there is the sixteenth. Open the Theme Designer, pick a layout, set the palette and the two faces, and save it as a template that belongs only to your cafe.

Colours off your logo
Upload the logo and the palette can be read straight out of it, or set every colour by hand.
Preview while you edit
The admin shows the live menu in a phone frame as you change it, so nothing ships unseen.
Photos optional
Every template is complete with zero photography. Add photos and they enhance the item detail.
33 occasions, already designed.
Pick the occasion and the whole thing arrives dressed: layout, palette, display and body faces, garlands and greetings where they belong, and the starter categories a Navratri or an Iftar menu actually needs.
Set the dates, tick the branches, and it takes itself down when it ends. Your regular menu is never touched.
Banner or unlisted
A public event shows as a banner on the regular menu. A private one is reachable only through its own QR and never appears anywhere else.
Its own dates
Events activate and expire on schedule. A five day Diwali run is five days, then it is gone.
Its own QR and PDF
Every event has its own code and a print ready A4 sheet with that code on it.
A nudge in advance
The dashboard tells you what is coming this month and next, and opens the wizard on the right preset.
Laminate it once. Never print it again.
Generate a code per branch or one per table, with your logo set in the middle, as SVG or a high resolution PNG. There is a printable sheet that lays out the cards for a whole floor at once.
Menus and events also export as a print ready A4 PDF with the code on the page, rendered from the same template you chose, so the printed card and the phone screen are the same design.

Let the table order, or let your waiter.
Guests order from the code they are already reading, with a note on each line. Waiters get their own take order screen. Both land on one kitchen board with a sound, a daily ticket number and an 80mm print.
A table holds one session, so three rounds through the evening are one seating and one bill. Prices are recalculated on the server when the order is placed, so a stale phone cannot order at yesterday's price.
| Guest cart | On the table QR, with item notes and a live status page after it is placed. |
|---|---|
| Waiter flow | A take order screen for staff, badged separately on the kitchen ticket. |
| Kitchen board | Live, with a sound on arrival and 80mm tickets you can print. |
| Table sessions | One seating is one session, however many rounds it orders. |
| Tables page | See which tables are seated and what each one has run up. |
| Notifications | Staff get told when an order needs approval or the kitchen is waiting. |

The part that brings them back.
The menu already knows who is sitting where and what they ordered. These four use it, and none of them need another app on anybody's phone.

Reviews, pointed the right way
The rating appears on the order status page while they are still at the table. Four and five stars go straight to your Google review page. One to three land in your private inbox instead.
A guest book that fills itself
A phone number is optional on the cart and on the waiter screen. Give one and the visit, the spend and the punch are recorded against it. Punches are yours to configure, and a seating earns one however many rounds it orders.
WhatsApp without a Business API
Segment the book into regulars, top spenders, people you have not seen for a month, and anybody one punch from a reward. Then take the prefilled links or copy the numbers into a broadcast list.
A board above the counter
Point a TV at one URL and it cycles your menu full screen in your template, greying out anything the kitchen has just marked sold out.

Everything else, in the order you will need it.
| Sold out | Two taps from your phone. Every open table, every printed code and the TV board update at once. |
|---|---|
| Prices | Edit per branch and it is live immediately. No reprint, nobody to call. |
| Menus | Categories and items with veg, non veg and egg marks, tags such as bestseller, spicy or new, descriptions and optional photos. |
| Branches | Each branch keeps its own menu, its own prices and its own availability. |
| A new branch | Import the whole menu from a branch that already works, then let the two diverge. |
| What guests get | Category navigation, search, a veg filter and an item detail sheet, on a page built for a cheap phone on cafe wifi. |
| Signing in | Email and password, Google, or a phone OTP. Invite staff by email or by number. |
|---|---|
| Roles | Branch manager, waiter and kitchen ship ready to use, and you can define your own. |
| Permissions | Each role is a list of capabilities you edit yourself, from menu editing to placing orders to seeing the guest book. |
| Enforcement | Permissions are enforced in the database rules, not merely hidden in the interface. |
| First run | A guided tour on first login, a getting started checklist, and a user guide PDF you can hand to staff. |
| Platform | A super admin onboards a cafe, can stand in for an owner to fix something, archives what is finished, and controls the paid features. |
Three plates.
Design is what you get the moment you sign up. The other two are switched on for your cafe when you want them.

Live in an evening.
- STEP 1
Create the cafe
Name, logo, colours. Add your branches. The palette can come out of the logo, and the tour walks you through the rest.
- STEP 2
Build the menu
Categories and dishes with marks, tags and prices. Second branch starts as a copy of the first, then goes its own way.
- STEP 3
Print the code
Download the table cards, laminate them, put them out. From then on everything changes from your phone.
The next festival is already on the calendar.
Set your cafe up tonight, print one code per table, and decide what the menu looks like every week after that.
Set in Archivo, Familjen Grotesk and Bodoni Moda. Menus on this page are samples.
